When you send an enquiry, the site collects the details you enter:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the focus area you select; and
• the message you write.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply to you, discuss a possible software engagement, and protect the form from automated abuse. We do not use enquiry content for advertising profiles.

How an enquiry is delivered

This is a static website. The browser sends the form to a separate server-side relay over HTTPS. The relay keeps email-service credentials out of the browser and sends the enquiry to the contact mailbox for the domain you are visiting. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so our team can respond to you.

The website does not publish or send mail-service usernames or passwords. The relay may use infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare and the configured mail-delivery provider, to process the request.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell enquiry information. Service providers may process information only as needed to host, protect, operate, or deliver the website and enquiry service.

Cookies, analytics, and external resources

The site does not enable an analytics service or advertising cookies by default. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, and the browser may also contact third-party services when you open the map link. Those providers handle requests under their own privacy policies.

Security

We use HTTPS for the public enquiry path and keep mail-service credentials on the server-side relay. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive secrets in an enquiry.
